For this boutique property, Indiewalls created upscale New Orleans inspired artwork for corridors and guest rooms. For the corridors, IW artist Bill DeWill created five custom wall covering patterns, each representing one of the five companies that were once located in the historic building (the Times Picayune newspaper, Joseph’s Tobacco, Peter’s Cartridges, Peychaud’s Bitters, and an electronics factory). The guest rooms feature seven 2D artworks inspired by historic local ads, memorabilia, and photographs, installed in several salon-style arrangements.
