Sourcing art for your space can be a big undertaking—aligning budgets, timelines, and creative visions is complex, to say the least. Indiewalls handles it all, resulting in a straightforward, stress-free process for you.
Kick-Off
We set the foundation by diving deep into your interior design aesthetic, brand standards, timeline, and budget. Whether you have a specific vision in mind or want help shaping a compelling project narrative, we'll build a truly creative, tailored art program for your space. In our kick-off, we’ll cover

All these details help guide our curators and ensure the final vision is both impactful and unique.
Art Curation
Next, our curatorial team gets to work, reaching out to the Indiewalls roster of global independent artists to design an art program just for you. From mood boards and renderings to artist sketches, you'll get final approval before any production begins.
You'll also be assigned a dedicated team—including a Project Lead, Project Manager, and Curator—to guide you every step of the way. With expertise in fine art curation, artist management, and custom production, your team is here to make sure your project stays on track, on budget, and on brand.

Production
During this phase, Indiewalls project managers handle the logistics of all custom art commissions and the procurement of:
- Hand-painted murals
- Fiber art
- Sculpture
- Paintings
- Photography
- Licensed Prints
Expert Printing, Framing, and Sampling Facility
To maintain the highest caliber for framed artwork, all our printing and custom framing happens in-house at our production facility in Brooklyn, NY. From printing on rigid materials to crafting framed artwork as large as 10 feet by 30 feet, we handle the most complex projects with precision. With everything under one roof, we have the freedom to innovate and the oversight to deliver expert craftsmanship. This means your artwork isn’t just completed—it’s elevated to a standard that enhances your space and reflects your vision.

Installation
It's finally time for your vision to come to life.
In the last phase of the process, we coordinate all crating and shipping with your procurement team to ensure on-time deliveries. For more complex installations, we'll partner with engineering teams to develop a plan that's structurally sound for your exact location and constraints.
