The Story: Indiewalls worked with NYC-based artists Finley and Jennifer Palomaa on two murals at ARLO SOHO. For the hotel’s courtyard, Finley created a large-scale mural interpretation of a Buddhist mudra hand gesture to instill the open air space–in the direct view of the hotel's Linden's restaurant and guest rooms–with a sense of serenity, color and compassion. Inside the hotel, Brooklyn-based artist Jennifer Palomaa created an immersive mural Inspired by the hotel’s seasonal theme, “Arlo Blooms” featuring larger-than-life tropical flora.
